These are not our prices. They are other providers’ prices, gathered from their public price lists and from amounts paid in public tenders. The bar shows the market range, the vertical line our price; a dashed line means we sit above the top of the range.

How we measured it

  • Price-list prices: 32 confirmed items, measured on 3 September 2026. Counted only when the amount stood on the provider’s website, not when we had to ask for it.
  • Amounts paid and hourly rates: 31 items, including 16 amounts actually paid, measured on 4 September 2026.
  • Every amount has a quote verified in the downloaded file. An amount paid in a tender, a bid merely submitted and a provider’s rate are three different things, so we do not merge them into one number.
  • A row without a second source means we could not measure one, not that we found nothing.

We repeat the measurement once a year and update the date above the table. The ranges you read are at most a year old.

What is not in the price list

  • Phone quotes and “from–to” ranges you still have to ask about.
  • Online shops, booking systems and client panels. We quote them separately, after a call.
  • Ad budget. That money goes straight to Google or Meta; we charge for running the campaign, quoted separately.
  • Discounts for deciding fast. The price is the same on Monday and on Friday, so you decide without pressure.

Outside the price list, quoted after a call: running Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, accounted for by the number of enquiries, and sorting out how the company works, that is a review of the way you work, a knowledge system and automation of the processes that eat time. Questions

Why publish prices when almost nobody does?

Because a phone quote takes you a week and ends at the same amount. Here you see the amount, the deadline and the scope in a minute. You decide whether to talk. The price is fixed for the scope described, so on the call we set a start date, not a price.

Can the price change along the way?

Not unless the scope changes. The listed price is fixed for the scope described; when the scope grows, we agree the new amount before the work. Third and later rounds of revisions are billed hourly, as stated on the service page.

What budget does a business website fit in?

A budget of up to PLN 10,000 net. That is the upper limit of the lowest of the three brackets buyers use to shortlist providers. Each of the three fits in it separately: the website PLN 6,500, the audit PLN 1,900, a month of care PLN 900. A website with the audit deducted comes to PLN 7,450, so that fits too.

Are the market prices on this page your prices?

No. They are other providers’ prices, gathered from their public price lists and from amounts paid in public tenders. Our three prices sit in the table above, each with its scope on its own page, so you compare amount with amount and scope with scope.
