Care
A website someone works on every month, so there are more enquiries.
Website and visibility care is ongoing work on a service business’s website and Google Business Profile. Every month: hours of work on what brings enquiries, updates and backups, fixes from the measurements and a report that opens with the enquiry count. Three sizes, from PLN 800 / month to PLN 1,600 / month net (September 2026), a quarterly contract with one month’s notice.
Care is for a business that has a website and wants the number of enquiries to grow rather than stand still. You get hours of work with a breakdown of where they went, and one number that shows whether it was worth it.

What happens to a website after launch
Search phrases change
Clients start searching differently while the website answers last year’s questions. A new page for a new phrase is an hour or two of work.
The Google Business Profile lives its own life
Reviews, photos, posts and categories decide whether you get into the map. Without someone’s hand the profile stands still.
The measurements show where people drop off
Some people start filling in the form and give up halfway. You only see that in the numbers, and the fix is small; someone just has to do it.
Three sizes of care
The unit is an hour. A website with a few pages needs a different effort from one that gets new content every month, so you pick the size to match yours. The rate is the same in every size: PLN 400 per hour.
| Size | Price, net | Who it is for |
|---|---|---|
| 2 h a month | PLN 800 / month | A small website, a few pages, a Business Profile with no review traffic |
| 3 h a month · default | PLN 1,200 / month | A service website someone has to run: copy, Business Profile, fixes from the measurements |
| 4 h a month | PLN 1,600 / month | More pages or new content every month, and a Business Profile where things happen |
You change size at the end of a quarter, without giving notice. If hours go unused three months in a row, we propose a smaller size ourselves.
What fits in the hours and what does not
| Work | In every size | Note |
|---|---|---|
| Updates and backups | yes | Every version of the website sits in the repository; any of them can be restored |
| Fixes that follow from the measurements | yes | Come in from last month’s report |
| Copy on the website | yes | |
| Google Business Profile | yes | |
| A new page for a phrase the website does not cover | yes | Every so often, when an hour is left for it |
| A report that opens with the enquiry count | yes | |
| A breakdown of where the hours went | yes | |
| Unused hours | yes | Roll over to the next month once, then expire |
| Ad budget | no | |
| Rebuilding the website from scratch | no | |
| Work above the hour limit | no | Only on a separate order |
| On-call outside working hours | no | |
| A promised position in search results | no | We account for enquiries, not rankings |
The hours are a limit. Not everything in the upper part of the table fits in one month, so the report sets the order: first whatever has the biggest effect on the number of enquiries.
Contract and payment
A quarterly contract with one month’s notice. You pay monthly for the size you choose, that is for the number of hours, and you get a breakdown of where they went. Hours we do not use roll over to the next month once, then expire.
What the monthly report looks like
- One number at the tophow many enquiries the website brought in this month: forms, calls, e-mails
- Where they came fromsearch, Business Profile, AI answers, direct visits
- Where the hours wenta breakdown item by item, no lump “optimisation work”
- What comes next monthone or two things, justified by the measurements
You get the report every month in one file: the enquiry count, where they came from, the hours breakdown and the plan. You read it in five minutes and know what you paid for.
Other names for it
It goes by “SEO” or “ongoing SEO service”. The difference from an SEO agency on a retainer is in what you get: a breakdown of hours, fixes on the website and in the Business Profile, and a report with the enquiry count instead of a report about rankings.
Local SEO, that is visibility on the map and in results from your city, fits in these hours too: work on the website and the Business Profile, accounted for the same way, by the enquiries it brought.
What the market charges
- Website carePLN 150–700 / month
- One hour of work on a websitePLN 100–250providers’ hourly rates: PLN 100–169
Prices from providers’ price lists, September 2026. Our rate is PLN 400 per hour in every size, more than these ranges. In that hour there is work meant to bring enquiries and a breakdown of where it went. The report opens with the enquiry count, so after a month you know whether it was worth it.
Next step
A website we built goes into care from launch day. A website from another provider too: we then start with an audit, which switches on the enquiry measurement and sets the first quarter’s work. From the first month you know where we start and why.
