What happens after you sign, step by step.

When ordering a website, what you usually fear is not the price but the project getting stuck: in e-mails, in revisions, in waiting for someone. So before you sign, you know how many meetings there will be, when you will see the design and what happens when we are late.

Three steps. After each you can stop or go on.

Audit, 10 working daysA document, an hour-long call about it and a plan for the quarter. You know the date before we start.
Website, three instalmentsStructure and copy, design, launch. On your side: reading the copy, photos and decisions on time.
Care or goodbyeHours every month and a report with the enquiry count. Or we part ways and the website stays yours.

After the audit you can stop: you get the document. After the website too: you get the handover. Care is a quarterly contract with one month’s notice.

The website: from signing to launch

First weekOne call, an hour: about how clients look for a provider in your trade. After it you get a page map and a list of what we need from you: photos, company details, decisions.
Structure and copyWe write the copy after the call and after reading what you already have. We hand it over in one document to read. You approve and pay the first instalment.
DesignYou see the website in a browser, on your own phone and computer. Two rounds of revisions included, the third and later billed hourly. You approve and pay the second instalment.
LaunchWe connect the domain, the Google Business Profile and a counter on every enquiry. You get the repository and instructions and pay the third instalment.

What is on your side

Reading the copy, photos, company details and decisions on time. They decide whether up to 6 weeks holds. That is why we write the delivery date down at the first instalment, once we know how fast you reply.

Will the website be mine?

Yes, from the day of handover. You get the repository with all the code and instructions for changing content without us, and the domain and analytics accounts are registered to your company. If we part ways, the website stays with you and any other provider can pick it up.

What happens if you are late?

You find out on the first day of the delay, together with the new date and the reason. For time overrun through our fault you do not pay a single zloty more.

And when you are late?

Nothing breaks and nothing is lost. The delivery date moves by as long as the wait took, and we say so straight away.

First step

Have a website? Start with the audit for PLN 2,900, 10 working days. No website? A website for PLN 8,500. In both cases the first step is the form. Four fields, a reply within one working day.
