KR8ORS

A website that brings enquiries, at a price you know before the first call.

Audit, business website and care: three services, three fixed prices, three deadlines. You know them before you write to us. A month after launch you know how many people wrote or called. Of the forty-seven Polish providers that rank for the word “price list”, only one lets you buy anything without a sales call.

Website and visibility audit

PLN 2,900

10 working days

  • The number of enquiries your website brings in today, and where they come from.
  • Your rankings for the phrases clients use to find a business like yours.
  • Whether ChatGPT names your company.
  • Technical health: speed, mobile version, indexing.
  • Three competitors measured with the same yardstick, so you know whether they are ahead.
  • A list of fixes ordered by the enquiries each will bring, with the time each takes.
  • At the end, a document and an hour-long call: you leave with a plan for the quarter.

Ten working days, and you know the delivery date before we start. One payment. If you order a website within 30 days of the audit, we deduct up to 80% of the audit price, up to PLN 2,320: the audit almost pays for itself.

  • Doing the fixes.
  • Writing content.
  • Access to systems you do not give us.
  • Auditing an online shop with payments and stock.

Project

Business website

PLN 8,500

up to 6 weeks

  • Pages built around the phrases clients use to find a provider in your trade.
  • Copy we write after talking to you.
  • A static website: opens in a fraction of a second and has nothing to hack.
  • Content laid out so ChatGPT and similar models can quote it.
  • A Google Business Profile, so the company shows up on the map.
  • A counter on every enquiry from day one, so you know whether the website is working.
  • At the end, the code repository and instructions: the website is yours.

Up to six weeks from the start. You pay in three instalments, one after each stage: structure and copy, design, launch. From you: reading the copy, photos, company details and decisions on time. They decide whether six weeks holds, so we write the exact delivery date down at the first instalment. Two rounds of design revisions are included; the third and later are billed hourly.

  • An online shop with payments, stock and returns.
  • Foreign-language versions.
  • Running ads.
  • Photo and video shoots.
  • Logo and brand identity from scratch.
  • Each of these we quote separately, in the same proposal.

Care

Website and visibility care

PLN 800, 1,200 or 1,600 / month

quarter

  • Hours of work on the website every month, three by default, spent on what brings enquiries.
  • In them: updates and backups, fixes that follow from the measurements, copy and the Google Business Profile.
  • Every so often a new page for a phrase the website does not cover yet.
  • Plus a report that opens with one number: how many enquiries the website brought in this month.

A quarterly contract with one month’s notice. You pay monthly for the size you choose, that is for the number of hours, and you get a breakdown of where they went. Hours we do not use roll over to the next month once, then expire.

  • Ad budget.
  • Rebuilding the website from scratch.
  • Work above the hour limit without a separate order.
  • On-call outside working hours.

Malard Przeprowadzki website: the headline “Przeprowadzki Warszawa” with a free-quote form next to it.
Malard Przeprowadzki, removals, Warsaw. Website from scratch, under our care since launch. Pages built around how people search for a removals company, a quote form and a Google Business Profile. Every enquiry and every call from the website counted from day one, so the owner knows what the website brings in. malardprzeprowadzki.pl
LookUp! Events website: Warsaw at night with the Skyliner tower and the headline “The most beautiful event space in Europe”.
LookUp! Events, Warsaw. An event space on the 41st and 42nd floors of the Skyliner tower: conferences, galas and corporate events. Website from scratch, in Polish and English, with an enquiry form that counts every submission. lookupevents.pl

At both companies every enquiry has had a counter since launch day: form, phone, e-mail. You get the same number in the audit and every month in the care report.

Questions people ask before they start

Why do you publish prices at all?

Because a price list saves you a week. If the amount is beyond your budget, you see it here instead of after two meetings. If it fits, the first call is straight away about your clients and the start date. The price is fixed for the scope described, so there is no haggling on the call.

How will I know it worked?

From the number of enquiries. Every form and every phone number on the website has a counter, so after a month you know how many people wrote or called and where they came from. You also see how many people started filling in the form and gave up halfway, which is usually the first thing to fix.

How is your paid audit different from free ones?

By what you do with it on Monday. A free audit is an automated report and a call from a salesperson the next day. Ours starts from the number of enquiries the website really brought in. It adds three competitors measured with the same yardstick. It ends with a list of fixes ordered by the enquiries each will bring, with the time each takes.

Will the website be mine?

Yes, from the day of handover. You get the repository with all the code and instructions for changing content without us, and the domain and analytics accounts are registered to your company. If we part ways, the website stays with you and any other provider can pick it up.

What happens if you are late?

You find out on the first day of the delay, together with the new date and the reason. For time overrun through our fault you do not pay a single zloty more.

Do you also run ads and sort out how the company works?

Yes, both are quoted after a call, because they depend on budget and scale. Google and Meta ads we set up for enquiries: the same counter that sits on the website counts leads from the campaign, so you know what one enquiry cost. You pay the ad budget directly to Google; we charge for running it. Sorting out the company means a review of how you work, a knowledge system that holds what today sits in heads and inboxes, and automation of the processes that eat time.

Can you show who you did this for?

Yes. Malard Przeprowadzki, a removals company in Warsaw: website from scratch, under our care since launch, every enquiry and every call counted from day one. LookUp! Events, an event space in the Skyliner tower in Warsaw: website from scratch, in Polish and English, with an enquiry form. Both are live and taking enquiries: malardprzeprowadzki.pl and lookupevents.pl. On a call we show enquiry numbers, not just screenshots.

One thing is missing here: what exactly is wrong in your case.

That is what the audit is for: PLN 2,900 net, ten working days, and its price is later deducted from the website, up to PLN 2,320. Or just write what is going on. We reply within one working day, with a start date, no hard sell.
