Privacy policy
What this website knows about you.
Not much. The only personal data we receive is what you type into the form or an e-mail. Visit statistics with cookies run only after you agree in the bar at the bottom of the page.

What data we collect and why
The form on the home page has four fields: e-mail address, what your company does, your website address and what should change. We use them for one thing: to answer your enquiry and, if you wish, to prepare an audit or a proposal. That is action at your request before a contract is concluded (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). If you write to us by e-mail, the same rule applies.
We send no newsletter, add you to no list and do not call unless you give a number.
How long we keep an enquiry
If we end up working together: for the duration and five years after, as accounting rules require. If not: twelve months from the last message, then we delete it. We delete by hand, not automatically, so you can ask us to do it sooner.
Whom we pass data to
The companies that run this website, our mail and our statistics. No one else.
- Vercel Inc. – website hosting and anonymous visit statistics, without cookies. Place of processing: USA / European Union.
- Resend – passing form submissions to our mailbox. Place of processing: USA / Ireland.
- Google Ireland Limited – the mailbox that receives submissions and your e-mails (Google Workspace). Place of processing: Ireland / USA.
- Google Ireland Limited – website visit statistics (Google Analytics 4), with cookies. Place of processing: Ireland / USA.
Some of these processors handle data in the USA. The basis for the transfer is the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses in our agreements with them.
Visit statistics and cookies
We count page views in two ways. Vercel Web Analytics sets no cookies, stores no IP address and builds no profile of a person; it counts how many times a page was opened and from which country, using a hash that changes daily. Google Analytics 4 uses cookies and runs only after you click “I agree” in the bar at the bottom; until then no statistics cookie is set. Your choice is stored in your browser so we do not ask again. Fonts come from Google Fonts; when they load, Google sees your IP address but sets no cookie through it.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, its correction, deletion or restriction of processing, and object to processing. Write to contact@kr8ors.com; we reply within a month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office in Poland (uodo.gov.pl).
Changes
When we change tools or the scope of data, we change this page and the date below. We do not hide old versions: the website’s history is in a public repository.
